Front suspension noise followed by traction control light after reverse

Been searching and can't seem to find anything about the exact issue (sorry if I missed something), any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.

After I reverse and have completely stopped, shift into Drive and start turning the wheel, as soon as I let of the brake it sounds as if a rock or something has hit the front spring and the traction control light blinks (sometime.) I saw a few threads where this may happen if they the vehicle still rolling backwards but this is when I am at a complete stop and the other threads didn't mention anything about a spring type noise. This doesn't always happen, just from time to time and the traction control light won't always blink every time either. Vehicle is a 2010 SR5 4X4 stock suspension and this is on a flat, level ground.

Anyone have a similar issue or any ideas of what it might be?

traction control, mine does it every once in a while... usually if I turn the wheel quickly while letting off the brake... and usually the same scenario... backing out of the driveway

Mine does it too. I think it's the Hill Start Assist Control. Somehow it's being fooled into thinking you're on a hill, at least that's what my local Toyota mechanics says.
