1995 Toyota Previa up for sale today. This is a fine example of a Supercharged, All Wheel Drive version of the greatest van ever created by engineers. More pics this weekend when this sweet beast can be cleansed of the grime and gunk of this world.
Your future RadVan features an aftermarket CD player with sensible stock speakers, rear defrost and wiper, removable seating for 7, automatic transmission, supercharged 2.4L 4 cylinder engine that uses no oil, 2 Quart reserve oil tank to release into the system if it senses low oil conditions, mid engine design for performance and stability, NO RUST on the body to speak of, hitch for your reasonable towing, AWD performance and confidence, undeniable reliability and peace of mind (I have taken it on two 2,000 mile trips the last two years, its a mid 90's Toyota.
Our van currently has ~196,000 miles and has had a host of maintenance items completed in the last 50k miles of its beautiful life:
- 17" tires and wheels in the last 3k miles. Still have the OEM 15" wheels and tires with some life left.
- Brakes and pads all around.
- Fluids in the transmission, transfer case, front and rear differentials.
- Suspension.
- Oil changes with filter every 3-4,000 miles with semi-syn blend.
- Full exhaust with O2 sensors and catalytic converter.
- Rebuilt starter.
- Plugs, wires, distributor, valve cover gasket.
- Supercharger oil drain and refill.
Not all is rainbows and fairies with this van and I would like to be totally honest with potential caretakers of this work of art:
- Piece of carpet and pad missing from the drivers back corner, 12"x12" or so due to a gear oil spill. No residual smell remains.
- The Prev has 196,000 miles and is nearing 20 years old. It has some rock chips on the hood and scratches along the passenger flank.
- Sliding door window is zip tied down. Window latch is busted. Door works fine.
- AC does not get cold anymore. Worked for awhile, then a winter happened, then I did not care about it. Have not been summoned to the desire to trouble shoot or recharge.
