FS 1999 3rd gen sr5 199K miles 5spd with rear locker Tulsa OK
I am going to be getting more pictures up when I can but wanted to get this out to you all. I just bought a new tacoma so the T4R is up for sale.
Recently it has had New Belts
New Tires
deckplate Mod
ISR Mod
TRD throttle body gasket mod
Throttle Body Cleaned
Poor Mans 2 Low Mod with custom rocker switch in custom cubby panel
New Plug Wires
CB in the ashtray slot, Will throw in the Uniden CB I was installing also although it is not hooked up yet it is mounted and ready to be hooked up, Just needs an antenna.
Things I know it needs
idle air controll valve (I tried to clean it when doing the throttle body and didnt get it put back together correctly so it was idleing high. I unplugged it and it idles normally now, No noticed side effects)
TPS sensor (I am not sure what happened but unplugged it when installing the TRD TB gasket and when I plugged it back in it started missing sporatically, I unplugged it and it started running fine again Side effect is if you take your foot off the throttle fast it seems a bit jerky)
Tear in the drivers seat
Body is not perfect but not really bad either, I would say average for its age.
It has no rust underneath
All the power everything still works great
heat and air work
Keyless entry works
that is really all I can think of. The engine runs incredibly smooth for the odo to read 199K so I imagine it has been well serviced.
