Not sure of how everyone's experience has been, but I wanted to share that mine was really good.

Nissan had to hunt a little for the type of sun visor that I needed, but after a little over a week, he had it in the mail to me. I received a few days back, and its just what I need.

He was good with the PM communication, which was a plus.

Maybe this old news to some of you, but sharing just in case it helps someone to know that my recent experience was good.

Look for the front skid plate. The one that covers the radiator. And the console lid, if it's tan.
