I have 2 97 4Runners that have been sitting for to long and just want them out of the yard. Both NEED TO BE TOWED out neither are currently driveable.
The first- 97' 4runner limited w/elocker ran when last parked. 216k miles, underneath is pretty rusted its the reason its not on the road. The control arm brackets rusted off the axle. The far back drivers side window doesn't exist. It's been sitting under some trees, they provided some cover from rain but not a ton...
The second 97' 4Runner sr5 with no title. 387k miles. I bought it as a parts truck from PA so its relatively rust free but it has been sitting in my yard for 2 years. I was told it had a bad starter when I bought it. I know there are no drum brake parts on either side in the rear.
The Story- I bought the PA parts runner for the sole purpose of modifying the rear axle to get the elocker to fit, I had both axles pulled when I was told I had 24hrs to get them both put together and out of there. I just threw them back together enough to get them on a trailer and out of there. They have now sat for 2 years in my yard. I don't plan on working on them at this point and would just like to see them gone.....I would like to get $800 for the one with an elocker and title, and $600 for the one without a title.....
