Looking to sell my 3rd gen.
2001 Toyota 4Runner Limited - 248,000 Miles
I've owned this 4runner for several years. This is an excellent example of this vehicle. It has a mild lift, larger tires and lots of preventative maintenance items have been addressed. Prior to my purchase in 2017, it had been used as a highway commuter vehicle between KC and Dallas, TX. Compared to other 4Runners of this age, the interior is in fantastic shape, I believe it was reupholstered prior to my ownership.
Mods and maintenance items:
- OME 890 2.5" Rear lift springs.
- Bilstein 5100 Rear shocks
- Bilstein 6112 front coilovers
- Tundra front brakes w/ drilled/slotted rotors
- Tom Wood's driveshaft
- JVC Touchscreen head unit w/ backup camera
- Kicker amplifier w/ Kicker Comp R subwoofer
- Regular oil changes with synthetic oils.
- New radiator w/ upper and lower hoses
- Recent transmission fluid change
- Recent front/rear differential fluid change
- Recent transfer case fluid change
- Rebooted driver's side CV axle
- Lower ball joints replaced
- Rear wheel bearings and axle seals replaced
- New Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain 265/75-16 Tires
- Timing belt and water pump most recently done at 189,000 miles
I would consider trades for Lexus LS430, LS460, and GS430 models.
