Well, I thought I'd never do it, but the time has come! I have a chance to get a new car and a toy, so I'm gonna jump on it.

The link is to my build thread. Everything I've done to it so far is in there, as well as pics. Here's a quick rundown though:
2003 4Runner Sport Edition V8 4X4
A little less than 144K miles
3" lift - Taco struts and spacer up front and MT LT-hd kit in the rear.
17x9 Level 8 wheels with 285/70 Cooper ATP LRE tires
Pioneer HU with backup camera.
Infinity Reference X 6x9 w/ Pioneer amp
8" Kicker L7 sub with Kicker amp
Custom rear drawer system w/ sub box built in
Recovered seats w/ Black Leather
LC80 series snorkel
Rola roof rack w/ extension
BFG Mud Terrain spare tire
32" lightbar mounted to front bumper
LED pods inside back hatch.
CB w/ loud speaker and 3' firestick
I'm sure I'm missing something, but those are the big ones. I've changed the oil every 5-6K miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic and Toyota filter. The timing belt was changed not too long after I got it. I did change the Transmission fluid at about 125K ish miles. The plugs were changed not too long ago too. The 2 front wheel speed sensors need to be replaced and I have them, I just haven't gotten around to changing them out yet. It will probably need new front brakes shortly. I did change the rear brake pads about 5-6K miles ago. Oh! I also have a set of Ebay upper control arms that I've never installed. Those will go with it too. I have a spare set of 5100's that will go with it too. The transfer case is leaking a little at the actuator. It shifts in and out of 4Hi and 4Lo without any problems at all. I do have the seals and all needed to fix that too, but yet again, I just haven't had the time to do it!
That's all I can think of as far as good and bad goes. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask here, or PM me. I am negotiable w/ the price to a certain extent. I can take out some of the accessories to come off the price more if needed.
