It currently has 126,000 miles on it, and has had all routine maintenance done and tires have at least half tread remaining.
This car has been great to me since I bought it in 2009, it will be sad for me to part with it. I've put lots of work into the suspension and off-road capabilities as well as many other mods. It is currently listed on auto trader, so here is that link for pictures and details!

This is a real clean 4Runner.

I am looking for a good 4Runner for my boss in Arizona. Before I send this to him please answer a few questions.

Has the timing belt and water pump been replaced?
What fluids are you using for motor and gear oil?
What was your service interval for motor oil and gear oil?
Can you post some under carriage pictures to show there is no rust?
Are the skid plates OEM or aftermarket?
Can you list the mods you have done to it?

Both of these have been replaced within the last month, along with the alternator so she is running like new!
What fluids are you using for motor and gear oil?
I have used valvoline full synthetic since my odo reached 100,000miles and change it no later than every 5 or 6k
Can you post some under carriage pictures to show there is no rust?
There isn't any rust but I will post some tomorrow, the weather has been poor here today
Are the skid plates OEM or aftermarket?
Most of them are OEM, and the front one is aftermarket (shrockworks)
Can you list the mods you have done to it?
I have a complete list on the auto trader page of what specs the vehicle has but as for mods I've personally installed...Toytec Ultimate 3" lift, 15% Tint, 285/75R17 Nitto trail grapplers, Audiovox remote start ignition (retains OEM security system), 6000k HID low beams from retrofit light source, Steeleworks taillight guards, dealer installed backup sensors, Shrockworks winch bumper with Smittybilt XRC-8 winch installed and PIAA fog lights

More pictures, Important Update

All, I have taken several more photos which are below. More importantly...I will be moving to Macon, Ga permanently for a new job by this coming friday.
That said, I travel a good bit within the southeast and I've heard from a couple already seriously interested buyers so if you think you might fall into this category and are interested in buying within the next few weeks/month let me know and we can work something out.
