I've a front set front suspension assembly that came of 2013 FJ 4X4 with only 6K miles on it. These were purchase for my cousin 05 Limited to level his truck, but he ended-up sold the truck few months ago due to the ABS pump failures ($3k repair cost). the lower shock mounts had been prepped to be direct fit for 03-09 4runner. prefer local pickup but willing to ship at your expensive (kind of heavy). If you live around central florida area, I can hook you up to a friend auto shop to get them install for $70-$80 bucks. Lets me know. Thanks

Was your buddy's 05 a 4x4 or 4x2? I'm looking for something to level our 03 4Runner...and it's a 4x2. I'm figuring there isn't much difference in the front setups...but not 100% sure.
Also, was your buddy planning to lift the back any? Or would swapping these into the front level it really close? (if you know)

These were intended to be installed on my cousin 05 Limited 4X2. He wasn't planning to do the rear, just the front to even out the rake and to beef-up the front-end abit. These will fit perfectly on your 03, the level of LIFT really depend on you have a V6 or V8. Hope this helps.
