I have a pair of projector style fog lights that I pulled out of my 2000 4runner limited when I took the bumper off to get measurements for my new one I'm building. I had just put in some Sylvania ZXE bulbs maybe 3 months before pulling them. Both wire connectors are in good shape as well as no cracks in the glass (some pitting however). If you need I can cut the other half of the connectors off of my runner with enough wire to splice into your harness. The bulbs alone were $70, I'm looking to get $200 plus the ride for the fogs. If that is too much let me know, but for now I'm going to try to pay for my steel.
