Do they come with the tires? I am local!
Also would they fit a 2000 4runner? I had thought all 4runner rims were the same but in my research it seems no one really knows the right offset (from big name website help chats to forum post, everyone is off. eBay says I can use anything as well whether it be -13mm or 0 or what. I saw 30mm offset the most but I have literally no clue at this point. I am more lost than when I started)

Ah at $500 and no tires I think I'll pass, I found 5 FJ Cruiser TRD Trail Teams for $600 that I'm gonna go with! Thanks though!
