Unfortunately the time has come for me to sell my 4runner. I work out of town and only get 1 to 2 days a week at home and have too many other things going on right now to be able to keep working on it the way I would like to. Below are the details:
1988 Toyota 4runner - Clean and Clear Title
212k miles
22RE 5 Speed
black on gray interior
The body is in good shape with minor scratches and dings you would expect on a vehicle of this age. There removable top has rust spots on the “L” trim around the window and could use a paint job as the top has faded ( I left it because I was going to go with a soft top) and there is essentially no rust on the underside. It runs good but sometimes the idle is off. The A/C does not work and the heat works well. The passenger manual hub is frozen but will come with a second set of Aisin hubs. The interior is in pretty decent shape, there are 2 tears in the driver seat, one on the common spot at the left side of the cushion and one on the right side of the back portion. There is no carpet in the front.
The following items are new and installed by me:
Engine/Suspension items:
2.25” exhaust with hi flow cat
LCE intake tube
Die Hard battery
Radiator
All hoses
Plugs, wires, cap and rotor
Bilstein shocks
OME steering damper
Gas tank and OEM sending unit with pump
5 ea. BFG KO2 31x10.5
Interior items:
OEM dome light
Alpine CD player with 45 watt inline amp
4” alpine type S in dash
6x9 Alpine Type S mounted in rear sides
Marlin Crawler shift knob and xfer case knob
12Volt Guy rear window control (works with vehicle on/off)
The following items are new but not yet installed:
Doug Thorley Headers and OEM head studs
IPF H4 headlights with IPF harness and bulbs
Water Pump
Redline fluid for transmission and transfer case
Will also come with a second set of Aisin manual hubs (used)
includes Factory service manual and electrical wiring book
Looking to get $4,500, will negotiate some but with the new items installed and the items that will come with it not yet installed I'm not looking to give it away.
