1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4x4 - $5500
Highland Green/Tan Leather
3.4 V6 – 4X4 Automatic w/ desirable Electronic Rr Diff Lock
Mileage – Oil changed every 3-4k.

It’s a 99 which has the tallest springs of the 3rd Gen’s. It also a Limited which has selectable 4X4 which allows full time AWD if desired, Leather, Auto Climate control, etc. Very good condition overall. Mechanically the vehicle is great and has only 132k miles. This car has been in the family since it was bought as a CPO car from the original owner with about 20k. The car has never had any real problems, and all work done on the car was preventative to ensure it wouldn’t have any problems. All weak points that I’m aware of have been addressed. Selling because it simply doesn’t get driven as it’s a 3rd car. Clean title
The good:
• Timing belt replaced (along with all belts, hoses, water pump, etc)
• Spark plugs, Wires, EGR valve
• New Starter
• Trans drained and filled
• Diff and TCase fluids changed
• New Radiator (old one wasn’t damaged. Car has never overheated)
• Auxiliary trans cooler installed (to prevent the possibility of coolant and trans fluid mixing)
• New front brakes and system bled (has a slight vibration under braking so the rotors could use a resurface)
• Driveshaft U-Joints greased
• New Fuel filter and sending unit (in tank)
• A/T tires (around 10k on them)
• New Hatch Shocks
• Battery replaced about a year ago
• New sway bar end links
• Instrument cluster replaced due to fuel gage inaccuracy (shows 154k miles now but car has only 132k miles) Both clusters included.
• Trailer brake controller prewired (Never towed anything with it)
• Cat converter replaced at some point.
The bad:
• Some light scratches on the paint (no deep scratches)
• Small dent on the left rear bumper
• Some clear coat peeling on the wheels (wheels are straight and true)
• Power antenna is stuck up (the gear on the motor needs to be replaced)
• Climate control panel works but sometimes you have to press the button a few times
• Drivers seat has a spot where the stitching is starting to separate. The leather is not damaged.

Looks like a clean truck. I am confused on the mileage and the cluster replacement. How many miles does the original cluster show? How many miles on the replacement cluster when you did the swap?

I'll pm back with more detail, but the original cluster which is included was replaced at 121k with a used cluster reading 144k. The cluster currently reads 154k. Therefore the actual mileage is 132k. The original cluster works well, but sometimes the gas gage wouldn't read full. I had the sending unit in the tank replaced thinking that was the problem but it wasn't. However, it now has the updated style sender which is much more accurate.
