I am wanting to sell my stereo system out of my '06 4Runner!

Alpine subwoofer with 1000w Alpine amp as well as a Power Acoustik Capacitor with ported box. Selling that as a complete set. Also for sale is an Alpine head unit with 30-pin Apple connector for iPhone/iPods. This high quality system new was just over $1000.00 with speaker, amp, capacitor, box and head unit.
Asking $400.00 for the speaker setup (OBO).
Asking $100.00 for the headunit (OBO).
Letting the entire thing go for $450.00.

Everything is in GREAT working order! Amp can never be busted, Alpine installs safety features to keep from burning out the electronics. Since amp runs at 1000w and speaker runs at same, speaker can never be busted because of the safety features in the amp.

THIS SYSTEM WILL KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF!!! AMAZING SETUP FOR AMAZING PRICE!

Speaker Setup:
1x - Alpine Type-X subwoofer 12". RMS 1000watts, Peak 3000W.
1x - Alpine V12 MRD-M1005 Amplifier, 1000w (has minor cosmetic scratches but does not in least affect performance)
1x - Power Acoustik 5.0 Fared Capacitor.
1x - Tan carpeted ported box. Amp and Capacitor attached to outside.

CD Player
1x - Alpine CDA-9857 mp3, wma CD receiver with iPod connector. Also includes an in dash install kit for '06 4Runner.

PM me for more pics.

2 Hour radius max pick up from Longview area. (1 hour each person). Willing to ship at buyers expense but this system is QUITE heavy, the speaker alone is 35 lbs. then there's the capacitor, amp, and box making this thing a doozy. But definitely worth its weight in SOUND!

Dalllas/Ft. Worth area a possible meet spot. make frequent trips to visit friends etc in Fort Worth.

hrt4me,

I do make it over that way. I went to TCU. But I'm back in Longview working. My next trip all the way to the metroplex wouldn't be until April 5. However I'd be willing to make the trek to Canton or maybe Terrell if that works for you?

The only thing missing is the wiring harness that runs under the seats and carpet from the headunit to the sub setup and the power supply from the battery into the car.

could I easily replace those missing items from Crutchfield?

Terrell would work...

If I am understanding him correctly he's talking RCA's, Remote Wire, Power / Ground.

You could replace that easily from any local stereo shop. Look for an "Amp install kit."

yes, was drawing a blank on the proper terminology, been one of those days lol. An amp install kit should do it. Crutchfield should have what you need but my experience with them is their stuff runs high. Best Buy or a local car audio shop might have a better deal and they can tell you what gauge wiring you need as well. I don't remember what gauge they used in mine.

PM me to set up a meeting if you're good with the price etc.

Also, I'm not sure what the etiquette is for waiting on someone to reply. but communication was very back and forth and then just kinda died after a failed PM and 2 responsive PMs to establish communication. I know people have things to do but unfortunately I also have money to make. My thoughts are if I haven't heard from him/her by Monday morning then it's back up for open sale. If this seems swift or hasty, please let me know. I'm not in the business of making enemies so polite coaching requested. thanks

A couple days is plenty long enough to wait in my opinion unless other arrangements were agreed on.

Don't wait. Just sell to the next guy.

If they accept your price then ask for paypal. Give them 4 hours or sell to next person.

setup weighs 75 lbs. add a little for packing obviously.

UPS ground - $88.40 (no insurance quote)
USPS - Too heavy
FedEx Ground - $79.33 (this includes it being insured at $500.00)

These of course were just online estimates using the weight of the item and rough dimensions. I don't know how much the air cushion chamber padding or peanuts would cost to protect it but I cant imagine too much.

If you or anyone knows of another carrier to ship with that might have a better deal shipping an oversized/heavy item like this let us know. I pretty much just know of the big 3 and a few local only overnight companies.

If this seems reasonable I can make the trip to a drop off office & find out the exact amount if your interested in taking the next step.
