I used this in my 01 4Runner with the stock stereo. It plugs into the CD changer port on the back of your stereo. It will fit many other Toyota models as well. I used to run it in my MK3 Supra that had a Sequoia/Tundra radio in it and it will fit many other models as well. There are two available AUX inputs using this. It requires an RCA to 3.5mm cord. I will include a 6 foot one of these with the purchase. I still have the original box as can been seen in the pictures. Perfect working condition. To use this you just switch your stereo over to CD and then you can play music through your phone/iPod/mp3! It truly is a great item and has much better sound quality then the tape cassette adapters.
This is great to maintain a factory look but add a modern feature. Plus it doesn't attract any of the unwanted attention that an aftermarket stereo does.
I never used this extra cable, but you may need it for other Toyota models.
