FS: BFG Mud Terrain 265/75's on Black 16" Crager Soft 8's

I decided I should sell my BFG's on the Cragers. I love the way they look, their performance, everything....I just don't have room to store an extra set of wheels and tires, and these won't get used NEAR enough to justify keeping them.

The classic Mud Terrain's aren't even available from Tire Rack in this size anymore, so if you like these tires, this sale is for you.

Tires have less than 5K on them. The center tread blocks have been siped to drastically increase performance on wet roads, and on rocks. Really, these tires are basically new as far as wear is concerned, and they drive perfectly. I had them on the truck for about a month of daily driving, and they drive and handle great! They're not even loud, I was expecting worse honestly.

The wheels aren't in quite as good of condition as the tires. They have some rust starting at the weld, and they are by no means perfect. That said, they are the same age as the tires, and look great from 10 feet away. Up close though, it's pretty obvious that they're not new.


This weigh A TON. I have no idea how much shipping will be, so if you're a long distance from the midwest, it might get expensive.

I'm very interested. I wasn't planning on getting wheels/tires until fall, but these are the exact wheels and tires i'm looking for. Just to verify, what is the backspacing on the wheels? I have a 2nd gen with aftermarket springs on the rear so I have about an inch more space than stock.

I still have them. I haven't pushed too hard to sell them, because part of me wants to keep them.

I'll have to measure it. I'm not sure off-hand. They sit out a little farther than OEM 3rd gen wheels. Gives me plenty of clearance on the A-arms.

Nope. I myself only put around 500 miles on them, just a couple tanks of gas. They really might only have like 3000 miles on them total. I don't know exactly how many the guy put on them when he had the truck, he said it was way less than 5000. They've been off the truck since the end of March.

They have 4" backspacing.

Like I mentioned they look really good on a 3rd gen with this size tire and backspacing...plenty of clearance on the upper control arm, and they sit out flush with the fender flares. I think some people run 4.5" backspacing, which is closer to stock....wheel sits farther under the fender and closer to the control arm with the 4.5" setup.

And I'm pretty sure 4" is pretty optimal for 2nd gen's as well. Let me know if you want to come pick them up. ACTUALLY! I have to take a trip towards St. Louis in like 3 weeks for a wedding. My final destination is the little town of Beaufort, MO...but I could meet you somewhere on 44...like right where 50 runs into 44. Man, this could work out pretty slick for ya if you don't mind waiting till June 12th.
