Going to start my rear plate bumper with swing out so this is not needed anymore.

Everything was custom made from scratch. Where applicable, everything was machined and holes were drill pressed to minimize swaying. Everything fits nice and snug. Was sprayed with undercoating.

Price: $285 OBO + shipping.

I don't hear any rattling at all. As I said, everything what drill pressed and machined where need be. It does have minor swaying side to side, but that's impossible to remedy.
