My (Tacoma) husband started making leather patches. 4" x 2", 4-5 oz veg tan leather (approx 1/8" thick), industrial strength hook side adhesive Velcro backed strengthened by hand stitching with polyester wax thread for added durability. He can dye any color you want and can do several backgrounds hand cut and tooled for a custom one of a kind patch. He also has several stamps if you want a standard pattern. He can do any phrasing you want but needs to be limited to around 20 characters due to the size of the patch. However if you want a larger foot print he can do that as well in order to add more characters. Daniel can also do custom acrylic painting on them if you want a very customized one. Patches will be worked and softened with Huberds shoe oil for a finished look. The examples below would be $15 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. The "Exloregon" patch was all done by hand except the letter stamping. The other 2 were done with stamps he has on hand. However if there is a more custom design you want, send me a picture or an explanation and he will draw it up and get back with you for your approval.
