137xxx miles - daily driver so it will change but not by a lot

I've had this truck since 2010. Was certified used at a Toyota lot with 55,000 miles. Almost exclusively dealer-serviced. I have literally stacks of receipts from dealer visits.
Front and rear brakes are recent
Oil is synthetic, dealer-serviced about every 10k miles.
Timing belt done at dealership at 109k miles
Both exhaust manifolds replaced due to the common cracking issue
Rear, center, and front diff fluids were changed by me at around 115k miles
Dealer serviced brake fluid at around 110k miles
recent front end alignment
more misc stuff, I'll have to look through the records
Mods
Bilstein 5100s/OME 885/895 suspension decent lift, handling and ride is much better on/off road
K&N drop in filter
front windows tinted - I forget the % but it's a very close match to the rears
HIDs - quality plug and play kit, no cut wiring
Gibson exhaust
Pioneer AVIC 5000NEX DVD/Nav head unit with backup camera. also have a combo USB/Aux input in a switch blank in the center console.
Viper 5706V alarm with remote start and LCD remote
Custom driveshaft with double-cardan u-joint. When I lifted the truck, the original driveshaft was found to be out of true and the new angle made it vibrate horribly. The new shaft with the new joint decreased the driveline angle w the lift
powdercoated stock skidplates
5th Gen TE Wheels - spare is a 4th gen Sport wheel
Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2 tires - I can get a tread depth measurement. tires are very good on/off road for a compromise tire.
I'll probably keep the IPF light set - they're mounted on metal strips that are attached to the bumper support
it does have some frame rust. nothing terrible but it's there. It was garaged when it lived in Illinois but down here in the Carolinas it hasn't changed since I got it here. it's still at the point where it can be sanded and coated in rust inhibitor. i've just not had time to get into that. rest of the body/paint is great. A tree fell into it during a storm a few months back which dented the tailgate, so I got a new spoiler and a rear bumper repaint done with that. the front bumper is a little nicked up and peeling.
