FS: Rust-free 1997 4runner Limited Western MA $7500 OBO

I am selling my 3rd Gen Toyota 4runner Limited, Black. Asking $7,500 OBO.

It runs great, is rust free, and is up to date on maintenance. I'm selling because I just haven't been driving it much since moving to MA from NM. I bought the truck in 2014, and it has run reliably for me since then. I bought it as a 1 owner car, and it was regularly serviced at dealer in NM since original purchase.

Mileage: ~205,xxx

The good:
Rust free, runs great. This truck lived in NM until 2015. Garaged since moving to MA
OME suspension front and back. OME 881 coils front, 60028/890 rear (~3" lift)
New (1000 miles on them) Cooper Discovery AT3 265/75/16
New Alpine radio
Timing belt was done at 188,465 by the previous owner in NM. I have the receipt from the mechanic.
All fluids changed when I bought it at around 195,000
New radiator 1000 miles ago
new interior carpet when I purchased it

The Bad:
2 small accidents with previous owner. Both fender benders, fixed fairly well
The previous owner was a smoker - hence the new carpet but its fine now
Drivers seat is ripped. All other seats are in good condition
Rear window does not work.

It has been detailed since I've owned it, and I'll give it a quick clean up, but it is a very clean truck.

Private party kbb is 2500-2900. Good luck at 6-7 grand.

Disregarding the "people from NM" comment, there is a big difference between kbb value and market value. I would say at 150k miles it would be priced well at $7,500.00, at 205k miles OP is willing to negotiate: it will find a good home.

I mean the guy says it's clean and garaged. It's dirty, no mats, sticks in the windshield, brake fluid is black. Emptying all the trash out is not detailing. In NM the locals think Vehicle maint. Is replacing your tires at 60000miles when one blows and detailing is when you park outside and it rains. My neighbor has been driving around with 2 lug nuts for 3 months now, and knows it.

I guess a fool and his money are easily parted if someone is willing to pay more than 3 grand for a 19 year old vehicle.

Pretty obvious from your comments, you have nothing better to do then troll the FS pages. Its a clean truck, runs great and has no rust, well worth a lot more then the kbb price.

Sure the truck isn't perfect but most of it is minor gripes. Go find one like this with these features for $2,900. I will see you in 10 years.
