FTS 5th gen Snorkel Install

I'm on the fence. I want one bad but I, admittedly, do not have the balls to physically cut into my fender. Is anyone else in FL considering one of these that can help with install?

I have to be honest, I sat on my 4th gen snorkels long enough i sold both of my 4th gens. then i bought this 5th gen snorkel and sat on it for months trying to grow a pair. its a hard move to make, so I get it 100%.

As far as the precleaner, and inlets, the ARB, IronMan, and PRG all fit, I tested it myself.

Question? Did you ever figure out a way to close that gap between the TRD CAI and the piping? Some sort of large rubber coupler maybe?

I think I can deal with the fiberglass for now, took out a mirror this past weekend, so the mirrors would go before I actually pin the snorkel against a tree lol.

I actually did, its a piece of rubber hose crammed over the snorkel inlet. it was not an easy fit, even with the silicone on it, but the gap is only < 1/4 inch so I could have used Black RVT by itself, but i wanted something to fill the gap first.

Here is the hose I used its a piece from AutoZone for DIY cold air kits.

Yes it will in fact work. That is how I'm doing it on mine....I opted not to poke holes in my A-pillar and just went with a couple layers of 3M tape... Works perfect.

Yea, we are trying to drum up interest and see if we want to do the buy in with this company (30 more)for snorkels. So far 1 person had contacted me about them, safe to say I would be sitting on 30 of them for a VERY long time.

They offer Sequoia, and Tacoma snorkels also, and that can count toward the 30, but we are still talking a $9000 investment.

Perhaps, but how many nut jobs...er uh, I mean hard core guys are you going to find to cut holes in their 5th gen fender?.. We got a dozen already, I would be surprised if there were a dozen more out there.
