Fuel Rail Clicking

I have a '97 SR5 with a 3.4L that my buddies and I just swapped an '02 3.4L into (spark plug heli-coil failed on the original engine). The new engine runs without a problem, but when the key is turned to accessory, the fuel rail ticks repeatedly until the truck is turned off. We searched the whole bay and we're positive it's coming from the rail. When you touch it, you can feel it tick. Can anyone think of what might be wrong or what could be causing the ticking? I've tried searching this forum and even google, but no luck.

Thanks in advance!

Would they stay on together? The airbag light is on, but not the ABS. I had removed the passenger airbag until I could have a new one installed. I figured the removal was why the light was on. (it had been deployed by previous owner and shoved back in there)
