Looking for some advice on suspension options. I plan on installing the C4 lo pro wench bumper and a wench up front and a rear hitch tire carrier to the back. I expect to lose a couple of inches of clearance and im trying to figure out what the best and most economical option is to get that height back. i dont necessarily want to spend thousands on a new setup so i looked into old man emu kits and i also ran into some people using just spacers to give themselves an inch or two of increased clearance. I couldn't find much info on these spacers or any long term reviews. Anyone on here have any good or bad experiences with these spacers?

With all that extra weight, you will want stiffer springs. Spacers might get you more clearance, but the springs won’t be stiff enough. Spacers are normally fine, but only if your 4Runner is close to the stock weight.

Eibach pro truck kit. Affordable and great reviews. Make sure you do your own research though as I don’t personally have this. Just seems to be gaining popularity.

Adding a rear carrier shouldn’t make the rear drop much. Most carriers are like 70lbs.
But for the front, low pro bumper and winch will probably drop you 1/2”. Perhaps more if you have a rack and sliders.
I’m in the same boat. I currently have 600# front springs and plan to go to 650#. Depending on how the overall height is, I can still fine tune with preload settings.

You'll probably lose 1/2" max all around. Cornfed Spacers are cheap and easy. Do a search as there are 100 threads about them and you'll find sellers too. It's up to you to decide how high you want to go.
Your wench should probably be riding shotgun, not in your front bumper where your winch will be.

Forgot to mention, before I had kings I had Cornfed spacers and trd pro Bilsteins. The sizes are customable.
