i say if you want it to look more aggressive and want to feel more capable off road i would say the path for you right now is a 1~2" spacer lift with some decent tires, no need for snorkel as river crossings are anything but "basic" wheeling.....
tires are going to be the best bang for your buck here, as what ever you have done to your truck means nothing without good tires as they are the only part of the tuck that actually touches the ground , also a more aggressive tread pattern makes the whole truck look more aggressive as well.
the caveat here though is what size to go with? that is a very big and long debate , there are 100's if not thousands of threads debating the merits of tire sizes and which one is best......your desired tire size will determine if you want a lift or not.
how much does your MPG's matter to you? what sort of terrain do you plan on spending most of your time in? how often ?those will be some key questions that you need to ask yourself, there's a reason we call them build plans, it's because we sit and actually plan out what we're going to do for specific reasons, you need to come up with yours.
but as it goes, the cheapest, most basic thing you can do is a 1.5~2" spacer lift with some 30~32 inch tires and call it good, personally I'd skip the snorkel, there's a myriad of other things you need to do to make them work properly, they tend to suck more dirt into the engine on trails than a stock set up and are very expensive for what they are.....really your better off just gluing a piece of plastic to the outside of your truck and calling it snorkel than actually installing one , i'd honestly say that of the guys who have them on,are hard core and only about 2% of them ever use them and are only needed like once a year or so......with that said in your case it's just a waste.....don't get me wrong, some people have a legitimate use for them and they are needed in some environments....it's just the case they are just decorations for people more times than not.
so yeah there you go and good luck!@
