Yes that is a good thing for some. I bought my house about 4 years ago and has already gained $50k in equity. Good stuff!

Haha man my shack/land was re-assessed here in the middle of BFE nowhere for the 2016 tax year as being worth $56,000 more than the last assessment (done in 2015 when we bought it).
Not sure what changed except the addition of 3 project cars in my side yard and driveway... so you heard it here folks, junk project cars in various states of disrepair add property value! (j/k).

Driving in the front range is getting to be a major PITA. I took my toy to a dealer in Colorado Springs (70 miles from my house and 70 mph most of the way) and it took me 1 hour 50 minutes to get home on Friday.

I swear with my mom as a witness I called the Demaryius touchdown when I saw Adam Jones go out with a cramp and they lined up in cover 3. It was beautiful!
Siemian is making me a believer with the way he keeps progressing each week! It will be exciting in a few months!
By the way how about Osweiler falling on his ass against the Patriots? Another beautiful moment!

Im still a believer Trevor is just to get us bye till Paxton is ready. But I'm becoming a believer each and more every week. But I've done this before with a guy named Tebow. Not going down that route again. LOL.

Both your QB's can actually throw a spiral, so I'd say you're in a much better position.
It's certainly setting itself up for a showdown between them and the Patriots. May come down to who can secure home field.

The AFC is so muddy this year on who is good or not. After the steelers last night I was in disbelief. I have a sneaking feeling the Chiefs or maybe the Raiders will give us trouble this year. Not playing the patriots in the regular season has me worried more!
I liked Brock, I really did, but after leaving to chase money it definitely hurt my feelings. We all know he was butt hurt about getting benched to have to back up Peyton again.

The Bronco Defense is freaking as good as it gets. They just smother the opponents- like green chile on a burrito smothered.
Good to know Paxton can step in at any time and run the offense. He looked sharp. Knew when to move and made some really god throws/decisions, especially for a rook. He's gonna be a great QB one day.
On another note- was nice seeing the Panthers get spanked...

That game sucked. Our O line was terrible, Paxton sucked, we couldn't run the ball worth shite and the Falcons D was on fire.
Our defense was lacking steam also, but what do you expect when the offense can't keep them off the field for longer than a few plays.

Overall D did pretty good, holding them to 23 points. They averaged over 36 per game I believe.
The o line looked like crap. Paxton holding ball for to long did not help. Overall it was a very bad showing of coaching and playing. That was a horrible game plan for Paxton.

There have been some crazy games and crazy starts to this year already. Who would have guessed that the Panthers would be 1-4?!
This weekend we'll see how real Atlanta is. I mean, if they can go on the road in back to back games and beat Denver and Seattle, that's quite the resume. And even at minimum, if they don't win, but are competitive? Still a good sign for any Falcons fans.
