--For Non-KDSS Vehicles--
Front: Factory length sway bar links fine for any lift height, extended say bar links necessary with long-travel fronts. Sway bar relocation brackets needed for larger front strut/coilover bodies, typically 2.5". Relocation brackets may cause sway bar interference with the radiator support bar, which may require trimming. Heavy-duty, stock-length front sway bar links are available because, while rare, the factory links have failed which may subsequently damage the cv boot.
Rear: Factory length sway bars fine for up to ~3" of lift. If using extended travel rear shocks, the factory sway bar links may limit down travel, depending on length of shocks. Extended rear links will return down travel potential to an extent (it all depends on how much down travel you're looking for). Extended rear links may interfere with the lower control arms, although I'm not sure at what point. Dobinsons has some extended links that work with their rear extended travel setups. All-Pro makes an AntiRock long travel rear sway bar kit, although I'm not sure if they're currently available. Others have installed "universal" AntiRock kits from Currie.
So, if you're installing 2.5 coilovers, factor in a sway bar relocation for the front. This is usually included with the shocks.
For the rear, unless you're going extended travel don't worry about it and leave everything factory.
Feel free to correct me if I got any of that wrong.
