I need new tires and according to the tire fitment guide, the odo reading will be 3% off.
The side wall difference is minimal, at least to me anyway. But this is where I really need someone to knock some sense into me.
Is it worth it to go to 285/65/R18? I am currently running 275/65/R18 and already bought the damn tires. I haven't installed them and I'm torn as FAK
Am i going to gain anything from going to 285's? Aside from aesthetics?
is .20 of a sidewall gain going to make much of a difference? especially if i'm running P metric? Should I go with LT? THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!
I plan to get a second set of wheels/tires for heavy off road .. I still would like to be able to take it off road with P or LT.
Does anyone have a side by side shot of going from 275/18 to 285/18?
Keep your flames to a minimal
