Going to the Dunes!

That brings back memorys. I used to go there back in the 70s with my 3 wheeler, dune buggy and Bronco. It looks like the sand was pretty wet. That makes it a lot easier. Back when I went there your could go anywhere and there were no one way areas.

Its an awesome place, an there were some amazing rigs there! There are 2 directional zones now, but probably 1/2 of the park is still omnidirectional. I cannot wait to go back!

I saw you at the dunes this past weekend. I'm pretty sure you were the only 5th gen out there. We were on the buggies around 7-8pm. The last time I saw you you were lining up at the test hill.

How easy is it to dig your self in sand with a 4x4?

There was 1 other earlier in the day that bugged out. Looked like the driver was having fun tho. I was lined up at test hill in the evening. I decided against it seeing as how if I rolled down, I wouldn't have a vehicle for the 7 hour drive home. I'm gonna do it next time!

Cool, my son lives in Tucson. We go off road with him when we visit him.

Go there sometime when the sand is very dry. It is a whole new ballgame.
