Good and Inexpensive Mods

Any know of any good cheap mods to do? I can't stand to not do anything to my runner.

not a mod - but get your fuel filter changed.

i've painted so many little parts - windshield wipers, rear license holder, satoshi, rear bumper plastic cover, roof rack, tow hitch,

plus these are relatively cheap mods/maintenance - steering rack bushings, exhaust tip, led bulbs change, steam cleaned the leather, bug shield/deflector, check and replace old bulbs, etc.

You'll learn more about your truck, all while increasing it's resale value and capability than you ever would with one high dollar mod.

I painted my rocker panels with Rustoleum bed liner. However, I would not recommend that brand because it started peeling immediately. I do like the look of it (4Runner is white and undercoating is black). I'd use Eastwood or Dupont rather than Rustoleum though.

Rear Springs

I changed my Rear Springs to OME 903 or 906, whatever is stock height with better load capacity. $200 and 1 hour. Very easy.

Also, get some toddlers in there to coat the back seat with cheerios and snot.

All I did was take a heavy duty trailer hitch that had some other holes to remount the hitch and ziptied the hell out of the painting handle that the flag was ziptied to lol.

Thanks for all your input everyone else and I laughed for a good 5 minutes about the hood scoop!
