Yup, I did it to my 2003.

Not sure which mod you did... but it's even in the title of the write-up:

VSC Off, ATRAC On

VSC and ATRAC are very different systems. If you disable VSC and start spinning donuts in the snow, you'll likely never engage ATRAC in that kind of scenario. But it's still there.

I thought that VSC TRAC light indicated the system was disabled.

Guess I am wrong. Hard to argue with RonJR.


None the less.
I have never had a beep, buzz, click, nor any computer controller braking effect with the system disabled. I have driven slow in big rocks to hi speed desert. Sand to snow... UP and Down.
