Yeah its quite shady I am calling ebay right now hopefully they have some type of probation or something they can place on a seller for doing this. I payed with paypal but I will be keeping an eye on my credit card statements just in case.

Installation was cake, and this thing is bright. When I got the light bar, I used silicone to seal everything up really well. A few rains and no problems yet.

I was really pissed off about this whole thing, I ended up buying two of these and paying 4 times. After the initial cancelation, via ebay's "resolution center" (didn't resolve anything) I was able to pay a second time for the lights and only got my refund yesterday after I called the seller and argued on the phone with them for 30 minutes (they tried to deny that I ever paid for the item).
I believe this seller is posting these items super cheap and then canceling orders, in order to rack up #'s sold per item on ebay. These canceled transactions still get recorded as a sale on the listing page. Further more once an order is canceled, in order for the buyer to leave feedback he/she has to go through the complicated process described below.
Anyway if anyone is also annoyed with them and wants to leave negative feedback this is how you can do so:
Go to "my Ebay" scroll to the very bottom and click on "site map"
then near the top click on "Community"
Here you will find a "leave feedback for a member or transaction"
On this page you should be able to leave this seller feedback.

Well I've ended up buying two sets of pods got around 16$ a piece
Ironic this came back up. I'm in WA state, there is a large LED vendor on there an hour from me. I just ordered all exterior bulbs, instrument cluster bulbs, 2 light bars and 4 pods to use at my leisure once I can test fit things last night.
The prices weren't much different and I know they will actually ship out. His seller name is "yitamotor".
