I just recently upgraded my head unit to the T10071, which provides a 7" touch screen which I got for $140 ($125 for the unit + $15 shipping).
I was able to find this on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market, which aggregates all of the inventory from junkyards. I searched for 2016 Scion's (IM & FRS) under the "Radio/CD" section. You'll see a ton of results, so if you want the 7" touchscreen look for either T10071 or part # PT546-00160. My search today shows at least 20 of them starting from $90.
I found this much easier than finding used units on eBay or Craigslist since availability and prices varied widely.
Note that I haven't found a way to get the harnesses on this site yet, so I bought them new at Toyota Parts Factory: https://stores.revolutionparts.com/partsfactory.camelbacktoyota.com/
