Truck looks great, love seeing the rear spare carrier back in action! Which grommets did you lose? I was able to order a new rubber dampner that goes over the latch from a Toyota dealer in the UK, I'm sure other bits would be available there as well.

One of the guys on the page is planning something big which should be posted soon. Other than that I know we talked about a ride late next month or November.

I actually bought both those covers new as the locking tabs were broken when they were removed, prior to shipping is my guess, they were broken when I got the truck anyways.

I hear ya man. There's a guy selling some 4xinnovations sliders in Craigslist for like 200. Pretty good deal. Have you priced bumpers from the place that did the tire carrier?

Not sure that ACC does bumpers but not a bad question to ask. At this point I'm thinking Addicted Offroad for the rear and $x or ARB for the front. :shrug:

I say 4x on the front. Love the lines of their bumper more than the arb

Minor stuff

Been a while since an update but not much since last time other than planning. Truck has been parked since the birth of my little girl. Afraid all my attention and money for that matter have been going to her well being. I have managed to horde a few things here and there though. Purchased a set of used Tundra wheels local and also got my hands on my JAOS ladder from my 98 that I sold several years ago. Also purchased front and rear bumper plans from [MENTION=12884]Bandit[/MENTION]Runner and having those fabbed up. Plan is to have everything on before May. Will be selling my Kumhos and wheels and going with KM2s or Wrangler MTRs.

Noticed some coolant leaking after cranking this morning, only a few drips from the B&M tranny cooler hose so I'll be cleaning that up.

Upcoming:
Clean and dip ladder
Paint driver side led mirror cover
Finish wiring e-locker
Weld panhard drop bracket
Mount H4s somehow:juggle:

[MENTION=73561]spenedwrds[/MENTION] had a setup I liked: Tundra wheels and Nitto Trails so that's the look I'm going for. [MENTION=93037]DizzyDoyle[/MENTION] has them now I believe. I'll be going with the Wrangler MT/R probably. Took a pic of them yesterday. Plan to powdercoat them and get a fifth wheel for the back.

Other than the swap and sourcing open items for it I've mainly been planning my one man summer ExPo. Was time for an update though...

Went back and forth :fencing:yesterday with member [MENTION=85087]Trikz[/MENTION] over JDM parts and I ended sourcing a triple din dash for him at a fraction of the eBay price he found it for (check out the slide out tray at the end of it) On my end I purchased an aux cabin air filter, still got a couple of parts I plan to get before shipping everything. Easiest to get these days:

Clear corners
Spoilers (but bulky)
Tailgates (good luck shipping)

Not so easy:
Field Monitor Units
Light covers
Grilles

With the current exchange rate things are in the favor of the American dollar. Here's the back of the dash. There's a storage box for the bottom tray or you can attach a radio unit or Field Monitor unit, not the SURF monitor however.

This is my purchase, the aux cabin air filter. Should attach without any modification to the overhead light. On thing will be sourcing a filter locally but should be rocket science.two lights in the unit which should be standard and then the filter options.

Found an Optitron Meter, basically an LED type odometer introduced but limited for the 99-02. With my swap I don't need it but I've never come across one for sale. Very impressed with this one...
