Ground Clearance on the 5th

Where do they measure ground clearance to come up with 9.6 inches on the 5th?

I wonder where they measure to get ground clearance as at my engine crossmember(lowest part) was almost 11 inches and at the rear differential was about 10.5 inches clearance.There is a flexible plastic splash guard behind the engine crossmember that was a little under 10 inches,maybe that's where they got the 9.6 measurement.I do have one size bigger(32.3) then stock tires(31.6) to give me a little over a 1/4 more clearance.

11 1/4 inches at lowest point.

I just measured it. Looks lower in the pic because of the angle of the pic.
