Grounding to parking brake

I’m sure it’s possible to ground (a 12v usb outlet which I have mounted in the rear ashtray slot) to the parking brake but I don’t know where. There’s an insulator between one of the bolts I looked at and the body…

Anyone know which bolt I should use?

Why not use the one of the 4 parking bolts on the bracket? These bolts go through the bracket and into the body so they should work for you.. :)

Thank you. I ended up using the screw that holds on the parking brake switch since I didn't have a big enough ring terminal for the bolts.

That works too as its all fairly well grounded. :-) The eyelet and the insulation looks good.. Blends in well. Good Job.
