Have not yet modified anything. Anybody think the constant rubbing of the clip against the reservoir will cause issues in the long run?



Extra pieces, just because that's how I installed everything - along with reading the instructions AFTER its done to see if I did it right.

You don't want it to rub.Easy fix...... buy the TRD intake.....or elongate the holes.

That hold down clip is on the inboard side instead of the forward side on the TRD.

It did not take much. There is enough room to remove the dipstick despite how it looks from this angle.

Do other ppl have the tight ground wire like I have?

Mine was lose enough to go under the tray.

Also check your pwr steering hose on the left in the pic. Mine was touching the metal dip stick bracket. I grabbed the hose clap with plyers and rotated the hose so it had clearance.

Actually a very good point. Make sure both hoses have plenty of clearance from any hot (non rubber) lines. I had to rotate both.

Another successful install! Works fine with AFE intake, although a little tight against the battery clamp.
