Unfortunately I only count 18 paid Long Tubes.
BUMP!!

Does anyone have the part number for the studs and nuts that we need for the 04 v8? Not sure if it is different for the 05+. Toyotapartsdeal.com shows need 16 of 90080-12008 and 2 of 90080-12007 but I do not see what nuts are needed? Any help is appreciated
Alright! Lets get this going!!! Looking forward to cursing at myself while installing these haha
You can ask Ridwan from Titanium Works to get you the same ones that Formidable gave me when he sold me the 4runner. I'm sure he would have the measurements still from when he made these for Formidable. They came with matching nuts too. They are on my vehicle now with the headers.
Wow these are jewels, how much are they? Is there a big difference in price compared to OEM?
Soaking it down with penetrating oil for a couple days really helped with the rust welding during the header install on my T4R especially on the driver side where things get pretty tight bc of steering being right there.
How many of you guy's will do the installation by themself? Can't decide if I do it myself or if I mandate a shop to do it.

Do these directly bolt up to the factory y-pipe without any modifications/welding ?
Where I live, there are no emissions and getting the long tubes, would it be wise to get rid of the rear cats and straight pipe it?
No emissions here either. Right now I'm catless (long tubes to URD y-pipe) and the exhaust smell is a bit much for my personal preference with the windows down but with the windows up I don't notice a thing!! I'm hoping the piggy back ecu from URD will help with the smell by giving me a better AFR tune. It should be going on the truck soon so I'll keep you posted.

Keep us posted with the piggy back ECU tune, do you have a link for the URD ECU tune?
Thanks!
