If you order the s/c kit they send you a UCON-EMS like that for the v6 but with a configuration for the v8. Gadget has this same kit on his GX470. I'm sure if you called URD Gadget would be able to set you up with a UCON with v8 configuration file even if you don't get it bundled with the s/c kit. Here is the link to the v8 s/c kit that comes with the v8 configured UCON.

Love your area in AZ!! My folks have a place in Dewey. My Son and I drove my 5th gen out for Christmas in 16'. What a blast and the exploration is endless out there!!

IF there is anyone else that wants to do this deal, you have about ONE WEEK from today to get in of this before it's closed. Now, again, 5-7 weeks is the ETA, sometimes this could be shorter or even longer but we are now moving finally!!! Call or text 717-319-2100 to order.

You can ask Ridwan from Titanium Works to get you the same ones that Formidable gave me when he sold me the 4runner. I'm sure he would have the measurements still from when he made these for Formidable. They came with matching nuts too. They are on my vehicle now with the headers.

No that’s the point of these Titanium ones. Now, the factory studs and nuts do react, do corrode and end up snapping when removing or tightening.

For the one's that are going to do the install themselves I have a couple of suggestions.
As a penetrating agent I highly recommend Sea Foam Deep Creep. I have tried many different products over the years being a shop owner and this works the best.
You can gain the most/best access by removing the front wheels and going in from the wheel wells. To me the most difficult stud/nut is cylinder #7 which is driver side rear most stud.
Use high quality 6 point wrenches and sockets. I can't stress this enough! One reason the factory nuts are hard to remove is that they are pinch nuts. You will remove the entire stud and nut on some so that's good. Before you begin installing the new headers run a stud into each hole all the way to make sure the holes in the heads are nice and clean.
I have found that if you use a nut and bolt versus the stud it is much easier. Use a small pry bar to move the connecting pipe to line up the holes and slip a bolt in it.
If I think of anything else I will add it. Hope this helps!
