Handsfree calling working intermittently

I have my LG G4 paired with my TRDP, and it connects very quickly. I make calls and it's fine, but then I receive a call back, and it shows on the display, I can answer it using the Nav screen or steering wheel buttons, the radio is interrupted, but the call is on my handset.

This is very frustrating. I unpaired my phone and paired it again, and it still does it. Anyone else experience this type of problem?

Hi Paul.

The first thing I would is to pair someone else's phone (wife's) and see if the same thing happens; this will determine if the trouble is with the phone or the truck's BT system. Next I would determine if I've got the lasted firmware update; there were many that would behave exactly as you've described. If it's not the latest O.S. version then it could be one of the flawed versions, you'll need to change that... remember: "Just because you have the latest 4runner to date doesn't mean that your head unit hasn't been sitting on the shelf since 2013 or '14!
