Would you like to double check your rim diameter & width?
Last time I looked @ your truck, I didn't think you were on 22's.

i think he ment these...
So got my brake swap done yesterday. Brakes are great, no wobble, and plenty of stop power. I notice I do need to push the brake pedal slightly farther to get the the same engage from them. The rotor internal forging is just as clean if not more than the OEM rotors, and the pads that came with powerstop are carbon cermamic with a slight chamfer, but not as much as the NAPA pads.
Try bleeding them again, assuming you did it once already.
I bought the brembo ones off amazon for my tundra brake upgrade. No problems so far.:jump:
My opinion is that "if it clears, it clears". Neither the wheel nor the caliper is going to flex or move once installed and torqued down. I've seen many late model cars (BMW's, Mercedes, etc) that have very tight clearances between the wheels and the brake calipers.
The wheels on my '01 (the original install in this write-up) only clear by about 1/8" and I've never had a problem w/them.
The only potential issue in my mind would be mud. If the clearance between the wheel and caliper was really tight and some mud got in there, it might make some noise, but the shearing force of the wheel spoke against the caliper would quickly remove any particles causing interference.
In that case.... LC 80 series wheels (and LX) clear the 231mm calipers. Barely.
FZJ 80 Wheels will NOT fit over 231mm calipers, unless you run at least a 1/4" wheel spacer.
