So I'm elbow deep in vehicle maintenance and I've got a few concerns. First, I used the wrong puller to try to take my harmonic balancer off (before I read that you just need to wack it with a rubber mallet). The outside part of the pulley shifted forward and now the belts won't line up correctly. So, do I have it pressed back on and reuse it, or get a new one. If I get a new one, do I get an aftermarket one, or OEM (there is about a $100 difference price). Or get a used on off of ebay?
Next is the timing issue. I couldn't get the timing marks to line up correctly. then I noticed a couple of marks on the AC pulley that did line up correctly with the cam marks:

I'm not too sure what to make of it. Since I'm elbow deep already, I plan to go ahead and pull the heads. No sense in having to do this twice.
