Has this been done before? Engine roll call? Do you have a V6 or V8?

Sorry if this has been done before, I was just curious. It seems to me I see a lot more V6's on here compared to my area. I'd have to say the ratio is 5:1 V8 vs V6 around me! So tell us what you have.

Edit: I meant roll call. I guess Toyota and recall has messed with my mind

Both engines have legendary reliability. I have the V6. the deciding factor for me was the ability to run in 2WD.

TR4 2008 V6 an lovin it. was concerned going from a V8 but Plenty of power to spare for reg driving or loaded for camping an sweet mpg! She hauls!!!:thumb3:

There's no "wrong" answer between these two engines.

I'm still shopping for my T4R, but we're looking for a V6.

I have the 4.7L V8 in my Tundra, but if I had another vehicle instead we'd be shopping for a V8 T4R.
