Hate to do this but what's this noise? Video

I feel stupid asking but figured I'd check with you guys before I head to a mechanic. It only happens in gear. And is loudest when under the truck close to the transmission. Truck has 248k miles. I have never exchanged the tranny fluid. I drained 5 quarts and replaced about 2 months ago. Fluid is currently clear with a ting of dirty. I was going to continue the 5 quart swap. Appreciate any help.

That sounds like your torque converter/front pump. I had a similar whine in mine but it was too far gone. R&R'd the tranny.

Check your transmission filter to see if it's clogged and starving the front pump for fluid. If that doesn't help you may want to look around for another tranny.
