From what I've seen that may be high. A guy here has been offering a set of new TE wheels on Craigslist for over a month for $700. I think the market for these is extremely limited as they are only applicable to 4Runners, FJs and maybe Tacomas. And most people buying new wheels want something different than stock for looks/offset/size/etc. And we all know the stock tires are among the first things to go when someone mods these vehicles. I would sell the stock tires to a tire store and then advertise the wheels for maybe $600-$700 and take the first offer that comes your way that's not totally insulting.
What tires do you have on them? Realistically, you will get the cost of the brand new set of the tires.
So, if a brand new set of those tires are $700, you are likely to get $700 out of these tires and wheels.
If there are basically NO ONE out there going to the source (dealer etc..) to buy "new" of an item that you are try selling, the resell value of it goes way down.
That said, someone is probably still going to go to a tire store etc. to try to buy those tires "new"; so your set is probably worth the $ of the tires.
So, if a brand new set of those tires are $700, you are likely to get $700 out of these tires and wheels.

I purchased set of SR5 wheels (NO Tires) relatively new for USD $400 (plus shipping) from fellow forum member back in 2011. I used it for my winter tires.

I'd price them at $800 OBO and put them in the classified section on this forum, as well as on tacomaworld.com and a tundra forum. Definitely Craigslist them as well, since your best chance of selling will be to someone local. (Shipping is expensive.)
Try Ebay for comparative pricing on the wheels and wheels/tires as a set. A quick search for "4runner oem trail wheels" turned this up: 4runner trail oem wheels | eBay

Aftermarket wheels and tires
This is a good question I've been trying to answer before buying a 2015 Trail Edition. Toyota offers an accessory wheel as an option for the Trail and other models. They're asking $1800 for a set of 4 wheels. But there's no info on any trade-in value for the stock wheels. And you can buy these rims from several different parts dealers for about $350 each ($1400 for 4). From the info it looks like a good fit for the T4R and it looks as good as any wheel I've seen from aftermarket suppliers. It is an 8" wide rim. I assume from the specs listed below that it has a 50 mm offset, which widens the track, but I could be misinterpreting the info. A wider track would be good with any suspension lift. Odd thing is they state it has a 5 on 150 mm lug pattern when all the T4R models are 6 lugs on 150 mm.
The stock wheel and tire is efficient for pavement, highway and city driving but a larger wheel would be good for ground clearance off-road. If the actual price were $1800 with no trade-in value for the stock wheels, I'd keep the stock wheels, buy these separately and try to sell the stock wheels and tires.
I'm curious to see what the OP gets for his. I think the stock TE or SR5 wheels would be a good option for any Limited owner for off road instead of those 20" wheels with low profile tires.

they are worth what someone will pay. I say to use craigslist or ebay if you want top dollar... most people on this forum aren't going to pay retail for factory gear..... well except TRDPro stuff
I'm not far from ya here in Portsmouth and quoted a co-worker of mine who wanted to switch out his 20" limited wheels with a set of 17's in order to have a wider range of tire selection. I quoted him $500 for the wheels and he said it seems reasonable.

I'm sure I got lucky, but my Limited wheels and tires with 3,000 miles on them sold for $1,500 on cragslitst the day after I posted them. One tire even had a plug (disclosed in the listing). If you are not in a hurry, I recommend starting with a high asking price and maybe someone bites.

If I could pick up a set of new 2015 TE rims for $800 I probably would just buy them and stick them in my crawl space in case I need them down the road.
I tend to keep my vehicles a long time and having a spare set for what is really not that much money would be worth it to me.

Just to be clear...I'm talking about wheels AND Tires ....no need for pictures they a brand new...Google will show you what you are looking for. Thanks for the info everyone. I put them up on CL for 1000 and will take the first reasonable offer someone gives me. Thanks for your help!

I don't think you are out of line but I don't think you will get $1000. It will take exactly the right buyer at the right time.
My kid and I tried to sell his perfect 100 mile Audi TTS wheels, tires and factory exhaust and got zero bites.
Factory wheels are a fickle beast to sell. You need the right guy at the right moment.
