Just a quick teaser pic of my next couple of mods. Here is the ARB Safari snorkel installed and the Front Runner roof top tent getting installed:

Up next will be my Shrockworks rear bumper which was in powder coating last week and will hopefully be here this week.

That tent is awesome, is it hard getting up there? comfortable to sleep in?

The ladder it comes with makes getting up there easy. Having the Gobi ladder in back helps with the setup/take down (which is also super easy). It is very comfortable to sleep in. The mattress is a little thinner then I would like so I also used a blow up mattress. That was over kill, next time I'll just add a sleeping mat or pad.

nice. i saw a pretty nice 3 panel fold up sleeping pad, that was memory foam that would probably work wonders in that thing.. it was at costco

This was to prepare for the 35's that got installed over the weekend. It's not quite finished yet, should be done tomorrow. I'll post more pics then

I'm finally done with my lastest set of mods. Here is what was done:

First I upgraded my rear springs to ToyTec's heavy duty rear springs to handle the weight of the rear bumper/spare/10 gallons of gas:
RCC2.0HD - ToyTec "Superflex" Heavy duty rear Coils (FJ & 03-14 4Runner)

I then added ToyTec's Rear Aluminum 2" Bump Stop Kit:
43006-TTL - Rear Aluminum 2" Bump Stop Kit, 07+FJ - 03+4Runner - "ToyTec"
Next up, I added Pelfreybilt's Steel Front Bumper:
2014-2017 4Runner Steel Front Plate Bumper (SR5/Trail/Limited) | Off Road Bumper Pelfreybilt

I also had the fender flairs painted black and upgraded my Awning to ARB's 2500 (wider):

And finally, I added 4.88 Yukon gears front and back, then added an ARB front locker:

Next mod, I ordered and installed Wit's End's fire extinguisher mount:
Fire Extinguisher Mount- 5th Gen 4Runner/GX460 (FEM-5)

I also bought SPC's Upper Control Arms:

I'll get those installed next week. I got them to add some caster and hopefully move the tires a little away from the back of the fender. I'll post of pics and thoughts when I get them installed.

A few new mods...
I got the SPC's Upper Control Arms installed:

I then upgraded my brakes including ToyTec extended stainless steel brake lines, StopTech slotted rotors, EBC Yellowstuff pads, and flushed the fluid and replaced with ATE Type 200 Amber Fluid (all 4 corners):

Then, I got a Dual Battery setup using the IBS-DBS Dual Battery System with Microprocessor and IBS RBM Relay Booster Module:

With ShrockWorks Dual Battery Tray and Optima D34 YellowTop Battery:

Along with ShrockWorks Power Distribution Module and Bussmann RTMR Module:

A couple of more additions...
After almost 2 years of owning both the roof rack and the tool box, I finally decided to stop being lazy and install it:

I also installed the Baxter Performance Oil Filter conversion/relocation kit:

I ended up upgrading my CB radio to a Uniden BEARCAT 880:

And for shits and giggles, I installed the Pedal Commander:

What's next? I'm glad you asked, I went ahead and ordered 2 more mods that I can't wait to get and install. The first being URD's cat-back exhaust with the additional silencer:

Followed by the Magnuson supercharger (which I won't get until the end of February)

Magnuson still hasn't shipped my supercharger, because it's still pending CARB approval and I'm in California, so I decided to get some new wheels in the meantime. I decided to go with black Method Racing Wheels:

I finally received my Magnuson Supercharger today... I waited over 6 months for this, but I'm happy I finally have it in my hands. Install coming soon!
