All I want for a real is a low profile bar with the mesh. No sides, just flat. I only use mine to haul ladders, other than that I don't need it.

Got 1.3/1.6. Everything else is perfect.
Having the overland 3" springs 200/300 installed when doing the alignment, and having no weight back there, it's pushing my front down. So probably siting at 2.5/3.5 lift if not -/+ from that, now until I can add that heavy metal in the rear to level it out a little. That would probably bring my numbers back up on caster.

[MENTION=79132]Nyc-Runner[/MENTION] Here you go buddy. Great so far. Think it was a good choice. Haven't gotten out yet to test out the departure angle yet. Maybe a run down the street to test on the loading ramp area. Only thing trying to get used to, having to always opening the swing to get in the back. Also, when open on nose high, tire side gravity always closing on you when dropping the back door.
Still need to get some more pipe and design a ladder for the other swing. Then get creative and make a Jerry can carrier/holder that will mount/hang from one of the step runs. Making it removable.

The top pipe WAS parallel with body line at one point, the design wasn't design to getting sideways in the snow at high speed and slaming into snow banks. Was Fun though.
When I get the larger tires, will knock out the pinch weld, and put some 1/4" plates going into the wheel well area to reinforce the strength on the sides. I'll hook up my ratching straps up and straighten out the body line look first before the welds.

New ones. I punchered one a while ago, went and grabbed a used one to replace it from a recycle yard. Figured I would just do up a new set to start out fresh and have a back up one.
The other one (my original) has worn boot but still useable.
You sir just earned 2 more picture shots of your choice when you decide to build one of these bumpers.

I just saw that my inner driver side is torn now:redbrick:Thats ok because i'll just swap it out when i'm doing my front end. I feel like i'm constantly swapping them and getting them re packed and re booted lately, I'm like a pro now when it comes to swapping them out!
Hmmm ok i will save them for when i need them,,, probably a lot more then 2 when i start building the bumper haha

Glad to hear you went with 4X4Labs rear. Looks good but a couple things seem off. I do not see the swing out arm shocks that assist the swing out open close. Those make a huge difference. Maybe you skipped getting them or I just can't see them? Also, your tire carrier is really high up and further away from the body. Maybe that's the way you wanted it though? Either way good to see some do it yourself kits making it out there. :clap2:

As far as the shocks... I still have them, not installed. With mine ass high in the back, I decided to have my swing outs open to 160* +/-.
I plan on making a ladder assembly for the bare one that I can make a removable 2 jerry can holder that incorporates with the ladder. Luke is doing this design already.
Yeah, the tire sits pretty high, I wanted my License plate below the tire location and not to be in the way on the ladder side. The tire poll on mine is welded to the up right piece instead of a bolt on setup, so I supplied all the metal for the tire carrier myself. I also was taking in the distance as I will be going with larger tires later.
If I don't like any of the way I have set it up or wish to change, it's just time for me to break out my saws and cut and re weld things.
You have a great looking ride there I have to say. Slowly getting mine to close to what you have already.

I have done away with the stock coil/spacer, before the bumper,and on the (ICON Overland dual rate coils) now. Was stiff, but is mellow now with the weight.
Those where HD shocks with coils on them for weight as I periodically towed. I just pulled the coils off them as they are long travel like the 2.0's.
