Short Video of the drive up to main entrance, this **** put the t4r at 205~ degrees coolant temp.. still did it like a champ though! its pretty much this for a good 10 minutes. maybe, depending how fast you feel like going up, we babied it.. BUT as you can see in the video its a beautiful sight to my left

Road up Peacock Flats

Interesting terrain, switched between like 5 different terrains on the way up. pretty cool but sorry didnt get pics from this trip much!

You deal with natural obstacles.. like a tree.. but nothing a little pocket knife and some dedication couldnt stop HAHA

Haha its actually really nice up there. Ive only been there once but it's definitely cool driving on the edge of a mountain going up the top. And it's pretty good and maintained since it's military grounds and not just open to public freely. Anyone can get a permit but that deters some of the people who road but not take of things. My favorite trail on the island.
Has some really Hardcore parts but also a trail of some nice scenery driving too!

Hawaii T4R's Off Road Trip
April 1st, 2012 SUNDAY
OPEN TO ALL GENERATIONS T4R's

Kaena point trail run; Its a very easy - moderate trail.
Meet 12:00 PM at NEX Airport Parking Lot
Rollout 12:30 PM to Kaena Point, OAHU
Up to everyone if you guys want to bring drinks/food
Family Welcome!
Dont worry if its your first time out or if you are experienced; kaena point is a very easy trail and its always up to you how far you want to take it.
I'll be bringing straps just in case and hopefully the weather will be nice that day.
