haha no its not a joke...btw anyone know of any welding shops over here that would do fab bumper work? I've heard that barrs does offroad stuff, I emailed Fusionwerkz also...Kinda don't wanna ship a bumper down here.

NICE i believe right now we are at 4 members total. havent gotten a reply back from the others yet. except one of the 4th gen guys said he had training that weekend..

I saw one at barrs that they said they did, it was on a 84 I think. So far none have given me a price, I'm planning on going to barrs this weekend to ask. Fusionwerkz said that they can do it, but it would end up about the same price as if I were to ship one down. 4x innovations one came out to 700 something because shipping was the same price as the bumper. I might have a friend that can fab it for me. I'm not sure if he has a mandrel tube bender though, just haven't asked him yet.

yeah it wasnt to bad this time around. few days of some heavy rains.. but other then that not to bad
had a little bit of flooding if anything kauai had it the worst. had guys paddle boarding everywhere cause roads were all flooded haha

Definitely man. Maintenance is killing me right now. Just replaced the A/F sensor bank 1 because the check light. Hopefully I get better mileage. The lights been on for over 5 years already. I need to do the fuel pump and filter. If i get the bumper made and my friend is willing to make one for you, ill let you know his price.

sounds good but i doubt ill be able to get one..

a/f sensor i had mines out for a while too and changed it a while back, not much changed actually if anything it helped me the most at idle. on cold mornings it'd smell really rich and now after the new O2 sensor it smells normal i guess no difference in fuel mileage..

Yeah, I noticed that smell went away/ its not as bad now. The vsc and trac lights are on, but i don't see a benefit out of replacing the harness and module for over 300 only to get traction control and stability control back.

Im interested in a Rear bumper too. I wanna rear tire holder and a mount for my Highlift jack. Dont have the cash at the moment, but def interested in a custom.

FyI, that O2 sensor goes on all toyota trucks, Mine went bad on my 2000 tacoma at 90,000 miles, and 80,000 miles on my current '99 4runner. I had taken that Taco to three shops and they count figure out why the engine light was on, (still dont know whether they were feeding me bull**** or not) but I figured it out on my own. A $150 part, took two seconds to fix.
So If you ever get any oxygen codes, check the sensors by the cat. They are impotent, because they tell the computer the proper fuel air mix, apparently that can affect the cylinders in the long term.

yeah, I just recently got a obd2 with live and freeze frame data. My Dad had the code read before, but we forgot about it and got lazy about it. only recently i've been doing maintenance because my mileage sucks. 33s without gearing sucks a lot of gas. Eventually id wanna go for either 4.88 or 5.13 gearing
