daystar for the front or rear?
you dont need spring compressors for rear.
most shops will have spring compressors. not sure how much they charge.
also might want to just sell the spacers before the install and just get some springs straight.
unless you are on a budget.

Daystar for front only, i've got a serious rake problem going on. I was told that most shops wont install since Honolulu county law wont let them install anything that modifies factory suspension...go figure with all of the lifted trucks on this island.
I wasnt sure if my fronts are just sagging and old, but I didnt want to buy new coils then have the same low height if that wasnt the problem, then Id have paid $$$$ and not have fixed the problem..I've heavily researched posts on T4R about rear springs since my rear sits higher than any other 3rd gen Ive seen here, even wondered if the previous owner had the wrong ones put on-i checked the forums about rear coils for reference and saw the talk about the color coded dots on them...the only thing i saw was one red dot on the left rear coil of mine
dont want to get into lifts and the slippery slope of modding, just want the damn thing level

haah what is causing you to have rake?
you have rear coils?
only thing that will change your height up front will be coils, so if your sagging then its coils or if you have any additional weight like bumper or winch that will also cause it to sag.

my 2 cents;
You can get a Reconstruction inspection for honolulu, with modified suspenion, it just a pain in the ass. Despite what you see around the island your not aloud to have the tread passed the wheel well, and you need a mud flap lower than the mid point of the tire. I have a 5" lift and passed the recon no problem, but had to go back twice. (two week appointment) You also need proof of an alignment within a 30 day period.
From the info you said. Could be a few things. Could be after market lift springs in the rear. Could be bad struts in the front. The shocks go before the springs do.
Im far from an expert, but I would take it to shop that does lifts, and have them check it out. Or Lex brodies and roll the dice.
You might have to spend the money and get the frount-end spring/shock lift kit. Or maybe cheaper option to replace the rears with stock spring/shocks.
Lex brodies did a great job with my alignment on my truck, and they discoverd my tie rod was sized. Two other gardges failed to inform me, and took my money for a sub-par alignment.

cool vid Awp, I got to upgrade my go pro, mine doesnt take video nearly as nice as the new HD hero2.
If the trails were really like that for our trucks,
I wish the inner island ferry was running. Would be cool to hit the trails on the Big Island with our 4runners. Then over night BBQ, how fun would that be.

Actually those videos in there are recorded with both a GoPro hero and a GoPro hero 2
the hero takes the same quality as the hero 2. just slight differences.
what setting do you usually use?
we found it best to have the highest frame rate with all the movement in our videos so we shoot 720p @ 60fps..

the "original HD gopro" is like the 5th gen, and the HD hero2 is like the 6th gen.
So Im alittle behind the times.
I think mine shoots at 560 @15fps, something like that.
