Headlight grounding point - Size?

So I ordered aftermarket headlights that are going to have an additional Diode Dynamics SS3 pod in them. Therefore, I need to wire a separate circuit to trigger the light. I've gone way overboard and am adding a new fuse-box to a PowerTrays tray. I've got a Toyota Tall switch that will be used to trigger the relayed circuit.

I'll be building a proper headlight harness for two additional circuits. One is the primary light for the SS3 pod and the other is a circuit for the backlighting on that pod and also the backlighting on my SS3 fogs. For that headlight harness, I'm deciding where to ground things out to and am thinking that the OEM headlight grounding place seems to be the best option. I just need to know what size terminal I need for that bolt. Does anybody know what size terminal fits properly to this bolt? It's the passenger side of the engine bay right by the headlight harness.

Can't help with the bolt, guess it would be an M6 or M4, so a ring terminal with that size hole (14" or 5/15"?) would prob work fine...

Definitely watching to see how this turns out, contemplating doing this w my high beams, post up results when done please!

TY for info. Was being lazy trying to prevent the inevitable pulling the bolt out in the hardware store parking lot to go in and size up the terminal.

So here's what I've put together so far. Cold AF here and I don't have the headlights yet so I haven't been in a rush to install yet. Next step is building the harness of triggers to pass through the firewall. My goal has been to make everything modular and able to be removed easily if I need to get the fuse box out of the way for servicing things in that area of the engine bay. The shorter length wiring here is plugged to a 6 pin Deutsche connector with 5 triggers wired to the relays in the box. The extra pin is just sealed off with a plug. The other side of that plug will run the wires through the firewall for my switches to turn on the relay of those circuits.

I'm only using 2 triggers for this headlight project but the extra 3 relays are pre-wired to make it easy to expand things later if I have more accessories/switches. I'd just have to install a switch to a trigger wire that's already in the console and add in the output wire to the accessory from the relay. The 2 pin Deutsche connector for the longer length will snake down the driver side under the battery tray and connect to the headlight harness right under the driver headlight. I have yet to build that harness and that'll be my last step before installing the actual headlights. The two pins on that plug are power for the amber pods in the headlights and then one for the backlighting on the headlight pods and foglight pods.

Pretty stoked how this is turning out so far.

Not my truck. Mine is stock but these are the headlights. I'm aware people don't like TEQ. This thread is not about that. My headlights better not leak and if they do, I'll deal with it when I get them. Don't pile on comments about TEQ in here. I don't care what you think of them or the base headlights they choose to use.
